Welcome to E-HealthCigarettes.com. We are a highly respected wholesaler/retailer of the new technology of electronic cigarettes. We operate out of California & Connecticut, USA. We have been in business since early 2009.
We use our East Coast location for shipping to take advantage of catching the shipping providers early in the day, and we use our West Coast location to keep contact with our overseas suppliers on the other side of the world late in the evening, giving us the advantages of both time zones. Most first class in the US travels by air.
Q. Why are our products so in-expensive?
A. Because we buy in bulk directly from the manufacturers and have negotiated the best prices without quality compromise for our customers. All our products are brand new and factory fresh. We stand behind everything that we sell.
Q. How do we help the small businessman and the individual customer?
A. We offer low prices at virtually wholesale rates to attract the small retailer that does not want to have a high inventory and who can get supplies quickly from us for their own customers in the USA at reasonable prices and special quantity discounts. Obviously the individual customer also has access to great prices.
Q. How quickly can I expect my order?
A. We are known for our fast shipping. Usually, we ship within 1-2 business days, and utilize USPS for all our shipping because USPS will deliver on saturdays, and to mail boxes. Other shippers often do not do this. On rare occasions when we might be back-ordered, we will ship out the product to you as soon as it is delivered to us in the order it was received. Priority mail takes 2-3 days anywhere in the Continental USA. First class takes a little longer even though it travels by air unless it is a neighboring region. We track all orders. Overseas first class mail cannot be tracked with the USPS. Please note. Shipmets to Canada & Australia will take a minimum of 2 weeks to get to those countries because both these countries ban the import and sale of electronic cigarettes (go figure!) Usually they will let a small order through without a problem after detaining it for a few days. Best to order in small quantities if you do not want any hassles.
Q. Why do you not publish a telephone number on your website?
A. We used to have our telephone number listed, but because we are on U.S. Pacific time, and have so many customers throughout the world, it was difficult to manage telephone calls outside our normal awake hours. We are a small business, and operate on a small mark up. We would rather give our customers better prices on the products that we carry than spend valuable resources on a call-in center. We usually answer your e-mails within a very short space of time, and our payment process has all the SSL certificates to be completely safe.
Q. Why do you not take PayPal?
A. At one time, we used to take PayPal for all the purchases that you made on our site. But because of PayPal's strict guidelines, our products fall into their “banned” category of “Tobacco & Alcohol.” That is why we had to change to a total credit card payment system. This system is completely safe, and you are 100% protected. Any e-cig site that currently takes PayPal has not been discovered by PayPal as yet. They will ban them forever, freeze their assets (as the did ours), and might even penalize the buyers by cutting off their ability to use Paypal ever again.
Q. I have a policy never to give my credit card information over the internet, is there any other way to order from you?
A. Yes, although our site is completely safe because all your payment is encrypted in our secure servers, you certainly may request that we call you to take your credit card info on the telephone, or you may send us a check or money order in the mail after printing off your order and mailing it in. Email us for details. We never give away or sell your information to anybody else.
We have many happy customers throughout the world that have been with us for a long time, with new customers coming on board daily. Please read our customer comments or email us with any of your questions. We do not claim to be perfect, nor our product to be completely free of defects and although we try hard not to, as humans, we do occasionally make mistakes. If you find that your order is not correct, or you need something replaced, please contact us with the order number and describe the problem. I promise that we will work with you to get your problem resolved as soon as possible. We bend over backwards to satisfy our customers, but we bend over much lower and longer when our customers are nice to us. (lol).
