We want your experience with our products to be positive and we are here to service your needs. The following contains our policy for Customer Service and Warranty.
Please remember that e-cigarettes are electronic devices, and are therefore sensitive to mishandling, rough treatment and dropping. The atomizers and batteries contain integrated circuits, and can therefore be damaged very easily. Please treat your electronic cigarettes like a fragile precision instrument, and it will give you long and satisfying service.
Due to the strict health regulations, opened starter kits that have been sealed at the factory, cartridges, used atomizers and E Liquid bottles cannot be returned for a refund. We will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective due to manufacture within thirty days of delivery,
This warranty does not cover any claim for costs due to the following:
1. Modification, alteration or repair of this product by anyone .
2. Physical abuse to, or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use as included in the instructions.
3. Any use of the product other than that for which it was intended.
4. Use of our product with other manufacturers’ chargers, batteries or cartridges
All unopened products that are returned for refund will be inspected first and refunded less shipping.
When you’re trying to decide who can do the best for you at the right price, there are several factors to consider. At E-HealthCigarettes.com, we proudly model our organization in a manner that is professional, honest, and gives value.

Nicotine in its pure form is a poison. All nicotine cartridges and e-liquid containers should
be kept in a safe place and away from children.

Friends. Please note: We are not the manufacturers, nor the distributors of E-Health Cigarettes. If you are having a problem with an item purchased elsewhere (locally or from another website), please contact them. We are an independent online seller, and deal directly with the manufacturers. Everything that we carry on our website we guarantee will fit everything else that we carry. The only 2 compatibility exceptions are the disposable e-cigarettes, (they do not need any replacement parts), and our new Diamond Series e-cigs that have their own special batteries and cartomizers.
There are many clones of our brand out there that are incompatible with the stock that we carry. So it is possible that even though it has the same name on the packet, and looks identical, it could be a copy, and may not fit what we sell. Unfortunately, we have no control over that.
We will only warranty for 30 days (longer if you are nice to us) everything that you purchase from our website here at:
www.e-healthcigarettes.com. AS LONG AS THE ITEM is in its original container, AND HAS NOT BEEN MISTREATED.
We are sorry, but atomizers and open boxes of cartridges cannot be returned for a refund.
