Are you wondering if these e-cigarettes are for you and if they are what they say they are ? Here is what I did. Heavy smoker for 37 yr. I would panic at the thought of getting on a plane or going to a movie and not be able to smoke when the craving kicks in. I recently saw an ad on TV and started to do some research on the e-cigarettes. So many brands, so many prices and most of them between $ 60 - 200. So confusing and not knowing which ones to buy, I decided to buy the least expensive such as this eHealth Cigarettes from this buyer, just so I get an idea before spending a lot more on a "luxury" or "better quality" one. I received the pack in 2 days OVER THE WEEKEND without paying for fast shipping. Everything is in one pack the size of a regular pack of cigarettes, no other boxes, cables, nothing. It has been a week since and all this time I only smoked 2 regular cigarette. Now, let me tell you my experience with these electronic eHealth cigarettes. They DO have the same effect on you as the tobacco cigarettes because they have nicotine, BUT, you will not feel that full mouth of smoke, however you WILL feel the nicotine hitting your throat directly so be careful how hard you puff on it! After reading a bunch of reviews, I take a smaller puff and then a harder one immediately, kind of double puff. The effect of these e-cigarettes over your cravings and body IS THE SAME as with regular tobacco cigarettes so overlook the "empty mouth". Understand this: they are electronic, not real tobacco, they are not harmful as the real ones, your health will improve, no more stinking cloth, smoke, ash, mess, etc. If the gum, patch and other ways of quiting smoking did not work, I am sure this will and if you know how bad smoking is for you, then these cigarettes will make you happy. So, for under $ 20.00 you have a lot to gain and NOTHING to loose. Just try them and then you decide if you should spend more and buy the expensive ones. The reason I am giving them a 4 stars and not 5 is because of the filter, when you take a puff, your lips cannot close completely around the hard plastic filter and you are making a loud sipping noise taking in some air. If the filter would be softer and your lips could close completely around it then I would give them 5 stars. Well, this is it folks. Buy them and decide for yourself, but definitely they are worth it. I just ordered a second pack to have as a back up when the first one is charging and in case something brakes. Don't forget, the customer service is JUST AS IMPORTANT as the quality of the item you are purchasing ! .... and this vendor has it. It's funny but now I started to worry of having these e-cigarettes braking and be left without. One more thing worth mentioning, before I would constantly feel the need to smoke, while now, after only a week, I realize that couple of hours pass by and I forget about smoking. Smaller, lighter and the atomizer creates a little more vapor. Plenty of hit to it. I would like to see a better variety of carrying case as the pack doesn't allow for a fully assembled e-cig to fit. I did see a case that charged the battery on the fly - sweet, but way to expensive for me. Over all this is the best deal I've found for the mini e-cig, replacement filters and replacement atomizer. I came across this one in a Japanese website. I couldn't find it anywhere else. It is the ultimate in starter kits. The thing that makes it ideal is the box. It has the charger built in it and carries 6 more cartridges! The price is the lowest for a set that I could find. I received mine in 3 days from ordering. And it works perfectly. I wonder if you can cut holes in your favorite cigarette boxes and place the housing in the box, I gotta try it out. If you want more smoke its easy, just cover up both holes for a couple of seconds then release and inhale slowly, feel the smoke. It never works no matter how many times I exchange it... and I spent a couple hundred dollars on it. I recently bought this brands starter pack and haven't had one problem! It has helped me completely quit smoking regular cigarettes and almost quit smoking completely. This has the most smoke and best feel as if your smoking.
